The GOLDN Ladies Club was founded with a vision to empower women by fostering a community that understands their needs and tailors resources to help them grow and succeed. Our club brings together women from diverse backgrounds to support one another through the journeys of business and life.

The strength of the GOLDN Ladies Club lies in its leadership. Andrea Balaca and Maja Cotic, two visionary entrepreneurs, began this journey in July 2022 with a shared ambition: to create opportunities and foster a supportive network for women entrepreneurs in the UAE, enabling them to thrive and excel.
Andrea Balaca is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO of BLK Boost Digital Marketing, an agency specializing in branding, website design, and course creation. "Over the past five years, we have helped businesses establish their brand presence and achieve their goals. Our process equips brands with essential marketing tools, including social media management, SEO, and network marketing, paving the way for growth and profitability."
Andrea is also the founder of DEBONAIR by Andrea Blk, a premium suit brand offering corporate power suits and dresses. Combining timeless corporate styles with tailored silhouettes, DEBONAIR empowers women to exude confidence, independence, and cultural strength. The brand inspires women across the UAE to strive for success and uplift others while chasing their dreams.
Maja Cotic, a former Miss Slovenia 2013 and Miss World participant, has dedicated years to charitable organizations supporting those in need. Following her dream of becoming a flight attendant, she traveled the world and pursued her passion for fitness. Combining her love for sports and fashion, she launched MAD Activewear.
“The UAE lacked vibrant, well-fitted activewear, so I decided to create a brand that introduces something fresh and exciting,” says Maja. Her brand reflects her commitment to an active lifestyle and brings colorful, high-quality options to the fitness community in a country where sports are an essential part of life.
Together, have built GOLDN Ladies Club into a thriving community that inspires, motivates, and celebrates the achievements of female entrepreneurs. Through thoughtfully curated events and meaningful connections, GOLDN continues to empower women and create a legacy of growth, collaboration, and success.
