GOLDN Ladies Club established the idea that women learning about our community that will help us tailor the experience to their needs and create more resources to help them grow faster. 

Our club allow women from different backgrounds to come together and support each other along business and life’s journeys. 

Creating one in our area will help us become more connected with the women around us and build impactful relationships that change lives.

While there are a million ways we can connect with each other through shared values and interests, we picked one core purpose of our group: Entrepreneurs.

Every moment matters in building a successful GOLDN event. We fabricate a moment in time where memories are made and celebrated simultaneously so that when you enter the stage your story is already alive with excitement, wonder and anticipation of what is to come.

Our mission is to create events experiences that cultivate deeper, lasting connections between each brand and member, empower women from our community and help our sponsors grow.

GOLDN Ladies Club is only as strong as its executive leadership. Andrea Balaca and Maja Cotic are two entrepreneurs who started the GOLDN Ladies Club journey in July 2022 with a desire of great achievements in developing opportunities and support women entrepreneurs around the UAE to build meaningful connections, grow and scout out for competition. 

Andrea Balaca is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO of BLK Boost Digital Marketing, an agency providing branding, website design and course creation. "For the past five years, we have helped businesses create their brand presence and achieve their goals. Our process empowers brands and outfit businesses with the marketing tools needed to succeed, such as social media management, SEOs, network marketing and more. We support our client's growth and put them on a solid track to success and profit." Andrea also has a corporate power suit and dress collection under her premium suit brand - DEBONAIR by Andrea Blk. It combines classic corporate styles and tailored silhouettes with a strong, cultural, self-assured and confident attitude. The brand helps women in the UAE to become the best version of themselves while chasing goals and working hard every day, valuing their independence and empowering other women around. 

Maja Cotic was Miss Slovenia 2013 and participated in Miss World in Bali 2013. Trough the years she was involved in many charitable organizations helping people in need. 

After following her dream in becoming a flight attendant and seeing the whole world; as a sport enthusiast and rollerblading champion,  she decided to start her own gym clothing brand called MAD activewear. “ There is not a lot of places, especially in the UAE, where you can find colorful, nicely fitted activewear. So I decided to start the gym clothing brand on my own and bring something new and exciting into the country, where sport is a “must” in every person’s life.”
